CANCELLATIONS & POLICIES


Effective March 30, 2020

CORONAVIRUS POLICY

We are currently providing credit to reschedule trips within one calendar year from original booking.

Any new tours schedule after March 15, 2020, that are effected by cancelled flights, will also be eligible for reschedule credit within one calendar year from original booking.

Trips with open payments will not require further payment until 45 days prior to travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 90 days from date of stay, refundable less/minus USD300.

90 days to 60 days from date of stay, refundable less/minus full deposit.

60 to 30 days to date of stay, non-refundable deposit, 50% of additional balance

30 to 0 days to date of stay; non-refundable.

Partial credit may be applied if booked same calendar year

GENERAL POLICIES

Guest are requested to advise of any food allergies or medical conditions that my require special attention during stay.

Internet is provided but, as is common in Italy, may be sporadic and does not reach through stone walls. Please plan accordingly if you must stay connected at all times.

Self-service laundry (washer) is available for a nominal fee. Line dry is traditional in Italy. No machine dryer available onsite. Full-Service Laundry is available for a fee.

Travel Protection & Assistance Policy is strongly recommended. Our ROAM VOYAGE travel agent can assist with a quote that fits your needs.
